School of Education
Students seeking degrees in English, Mathematics, Spanish, and History may also pursue our "4+1" programs with the School of Education. These 5-year programs allow students to complete a B.A. in their undergraduate field and M.S. in Adolescence Education or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), with certification to teach in their field.
Computer Science
Students seeking a degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity may pursue 4+1 options that combine a B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Computer Science (Data Science or Software Development) or B.S. in Cybersecurity and M.S. in Cybersecurity.
Before being awarded a degree, all students are expected to demonstrate an appropriate level of competence in the essential skills of a college graduate. Assessments will occur in courses within the General Education curriculum - including the Critical Inquiry course and the Junior Seminar.
